How do I invite my partner or the grandparents?
In KOTI, tap your initial at the top, then Family and children, then Invite someone. Add them with the email they'll sign up with. Partners can add memories; grandparents can just look.

I've been invited but can't see the family.
Sign up to KOTI with the exact email address you were invited with.

Reminders aren't arriving.
Check notifications are on for KOTI in your iPhone's Settings, then check Settings in KOTI.

How do I get a copy of everything?
Settings, then Download everything.

How do I cancel?
In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then KOTI.

How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete my account.
